Four Card Keno is the best version of keno, by far, if you want to win big. You probably won’t get an argument about that from Jerrad Johnson, who recently won $140,000 playing it. The crazy thing is that he won it twice! It’s an incredible casino story and one that we picked up from the Las Vegas Journal Review.
Both of his wins happened at The Cosmopolitan on the Las Vegas Strip. The two wins for $140K each happened a month apart from each other during separate business trips that Jerrad made. But the story gets weird when more details are uncovered.
On the second business trip, Jerrad went back to the Cosmopolitan Casino and found the same Four Card Keno machine that he had won the $140K on his last trip. After putting his start money in, he was surprised to see that after a month, the same numbers that he won on before were still selected. That’s almost as unbelievable as his winning twice on the same machine. But that’s the way he told the story to an interviewer.
So Jerrad simply played the same numbers that he had played before. And after putting in $1,500 into the Four Card Keno game, low and behold, the numbers came up again. To say that he was excited would be a vast understatement. He was so excited during his first win that he shook and screamed so much that he came close to falling out of his chair. The second win put him into an altered state to such a point that he had tears flowing from his eyes.
The next weird thing is that it appears that he was playing the same seven numbers on all four cards of the game. First, it’s very odd that somebody would do that in the first place. Then, to have the same exact numbers hit on all four cards is incredible. But to turn around and do that again is off the probability charts.
Oddly, Jerrad Johnson played the exact same numbers on each of the four cards.
Reportedly Johnson’s winning numbers, and only the winning numbers, were played on each Four Keno Cards. He played 8, 9, 10, 18 , 19, 20, 29.
The last we heard Jerrad was making plans to use his winnings by inviting his entire family to celebrate Thanksgiving with him at Disney World.
