According to Mueller, the investigation, which lasted for several months, resulted in the filing of 56 accusations against the ten individuals, as well as the seizure of 11 illegal poker machines and $5,916 in cash.
Muller said that six people were found playing the illegal machines at the Cherokee Avenue address on February 7. Four of them were given tickets for illegal gambling, which is a minor crime, and let go.
He said that two of the six people were found with drugs on them. He said that they were caught and put in jail.
Mueller says that the illegal gambling business and the large amount of cash going through the machines have been reported to the federal government.
He said that the investigation will keep going to make sure that no federal laws or IRS tax laws were broken.
