In a hot tub at an undisclosed casino in Jackpot, Nevada on Sunday night, a 13-year-old boy is said to havewitnessed an Idaho man getting nude in front of him. The man was later taken into custody.
Jesse P. Kaye, 29, of Boise, was in plain site of the 13 year old as he is said to have been changing into a swimsuit as the youngster was in the hot tub.
Authorities claimed that the child was very disturbed at the sight and climbed out of the hot tub and onto his bicycle to get away. According to the local newspaper Elko Daily Free Press, Kaye allegedly ran after the youngster.
According to the report, Kaye was detained for indecent exposure and/or displaying obscene material in the presence of a minor. It wasn’t known if the boy’s parents or legal guardians were present when the incident happened.
An officer with the Elko County Sheriff’s Office watched footage captured by a nearby security camera. According to the authorities, it showed Kaye undressing in front of the boy. Nearby, they discovered his sandals, shorts, and underpants.
Kaye was arrested and taken to the Elko County Jail with a $5,000 bail. Local Nevadan prosecutors will be given the case in court.
Authorities omitted naming the casino where the incident occurred. The region surrounding Jackpot, Nevada, has a number of casinos. The neighborhood is close to the border with Idaho.
